The whole Outer Banks: Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Manteo, Hatteras, Frisco, and Ocracoke, plus Currituck County and surrounding areas on request. We're based in Kill Devil Hills, so nothing on the beach road is a long haul.
Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours. Video turnaround depends on the scale of the shoot, but it's always less than a week. If you're up against a tight listing date, let us know and we'll work around it.
For most shoots, no. Send lockbox or access details and we'll handle it. The exception is video where you want to appear on camera, in which case we'll schedule a time that works for you.
Yes. You get full usage rights with no extra fees, so the media is yours to use on your listing page, your social accounts, and anywhere else you market.
We reschedule at no charge. Outer Banks weather turns fast, and it's worth waiting a day to shoot an oceanfront listing under a good sky.
