Pricing is based on the size of the property and which services you need. You can build a package and see exact pricing on the booking page, free and with no obligation.
The whole Outer Banks: Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Manteo, Hatteras, Frisco, and Ocracoke, plus Currituck County and surrounding areas on request. We're based in Kill Devil Hills, so nothing on the beach road is a long haul.
Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours. Video turnaround depends on the scale of the shoot, but it's always less than a week. If you're up against a tight listing date, let us know and we'll work around it.
For most shoots, no. Send lockbox or access details and we'll handle it. The exception is video where you want to appear on camera, in which case we'll schedule a time that works for you.
Yes. You get full usage rights with no extra fees, so the media is yours to use on your listing page, your social accounts, and anywhere else you market.
We reschedule at no charge. Outer Banks weather turns fast, and it's worth waiting a day to shoot an oceanfront listing under a good sky.
Yes. All aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is what US law requires for commercial drone operation. Some Outer Banks locations sit in controlled airspace and need authorization, which we handle before the shoot.
Yes. Zillow Showcase requires a Zillow 3D Home tour and an interactive floor plan alongside your photography, and we capture all of it in the same visit. You buy the Showcase placement from Zillow directly, then add the capture to any shoot that includes full interior photography.
Yes. Short-term rental owners and property managers need the same thing agents do: photos and video that make a property book. Same process, same turnaround.
