For real estate projects, we aim to deliver within 5-7 business days for standard work and 7-10 business days for more complex projects. For all other projects, turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days. While these are our target timelines, delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project. We’ll always communicate with you if additional time is needed to ensure the highest quality work. If you need expedited delivery, we offer rush services for an additional fee.

Once filming is done, we’ll dive into editing. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project, but we always aim to deliver a thoughtfully crafted video in a timely manner.

We offer one round of minor revisions at no additional cost to ensure you're happy with the final product. After that, any major revisions (such as re-editing large sections or adding new music) will incur a fee, based on the scope of the changes. We’ll always discuss the costs upfront before proceeding.
