. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total project cost is required to confirm your booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Check.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% will be applied to any outstanding balance for every 30 days payment is overdue.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least [X] days in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Delivery
Turnaround Time: Final video delivery will occur within 7 days after the shoot.
Delivery Method: The final product will be delivered via a drive link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
4. Rights & Usage
Copyright: Hooked Media retains full copyright of all footage, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Usage Rights: The Client will have full usage rights to the final video for the intended purpose discussed.
Additional Usage Fees: There are no additional usage fees unless otherwise discussed for special usage rights (e.g., TV commercials, global distribution).
5. Client Responsibilities
Permissions: The Client is responsible for ensuring that filming is allowed at the location and obtaining any necessary permissions (e.g., location permits, talent releases).
Location & Staging: The Client must ensure the location is accessible and ready for filming at the scheduled time. If any staging or setup of the area is required, this is the Client’s responsibility.
6. Travel & Additional Fees
Overtime: Overtime charges will apply if the shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon duration. Additional hours will be billed at [Hourly Rate].
7. Liability
Unexpected Issues: Hooked Media will not be liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure) that affect the shoot. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if needed, but the Client is still responsible for the deposit and remaining balance as agreed.
